Today's Harvest

Tonight I wandered in the garden just for fun, but came back with these!

Our peas are starting to ripen!

I love them fresh off the vine.  So does the 7-year-old.  (Next year I am planting many, many more rows of peas!  I am not sure how much the plants I have are going to produce.)

And here, for your viewing pleasure, is a pretty and unusual moth we saw outside our window.

This year's garden has already produced more than last fall's ever did.  Win!

  1. I'm so jealous that you already have veggies! We just got our first bloom on a pepper plant.

  2. I am jealous of that! Our peppers are pretty stunted right now. And my tomatoes are so awful that I went and bought more at the nursery. Our soil really needs some work!

  3. Your peas look awesome!! You are way ahead of us with your garden. Our okra has just started to come up but our tomatoes and peppers are looking good and growing well. Gardens are so much fun!!
